Bad News To Xbox Live Users In Kuwait !!

For you Xbox 360 live users who regularly download movies and tvshows off xbox live marketplace, i’ve got bad news for you. You can no longer download them if your account’s address is U.S. yet using it in kuwait. Apparently since in kuwait, the ip address can be used to show that you are not in the United States and therefore should not be able to download the content.
